Even though the memory card worked right out of the package in my case, I followed the instructions on the forums and reformatted the card in the phone like you did. My phone also reacted in a similar manner. I don't recall exactly what happened next, but it ended up working just fine. Regarding the former comment from Xuli; here is a site with some conversion freeware and it will also teach you about converting video to & from .3gpp2: http://www.3gp.com/ I hope this has helped and apologies for the delay in responding...good luck! Just another name for it. I have a 1 gb microSD (transflash) and it works great with my E815. I have about 100 mp3's and a few short videos stored on it and there it's still more than half empty.
